Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returns for items in good working condition are refunded for full price minus $9.99 per returned item, to cover original shipping charge and processing.

To start a return, you can contact us at John@WakandaWarfare.com. If your return is accepted, the cost of the shipping charges to send the item to you will be subtracted from your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do not take cancellations of orders, once you have ordered we will not entertain cancellation requests except at our sole discretion. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will not except exchange requests for items, the item needs to be returned and a new order made.

Refunds

Once we have received your item we will determine it's condition, if no description of condition is given by you, the customer, then we will assume the condition is good. If we determine there is unexpected damage to the item we will contact you directly for a fair resolution, if the item is in good condition any refund, adjustment, or replacement should automatically be applied within 3 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, however if you do not see it in 3-5 days please contact us at John@WakandaWarfare.com
